Victor Adebodun was an award-winning director, producer and founder of production company Purple Geko, who tragically and unexpectedly passed away on 11th April 2018. This happened whilst Victor was chasing his dream as a Director. Victor was a self-starter, among the first of his generation to migrate content from online to mainstream television. He was also heavily invested in new talent and other young content creators growing up in his local area and offered internships and paid opportunities on all his productions to talent who would not otherwise have had access to the industry. He did this whilst also being committed to his own self-development.
The Victor Adebodun Foundation aims to continue this legacy by supporting up and coming talent from African and Caribbean backgrounds, on their career journey to realising their full potential.
